About the Business

Alpine High Performance Mansfield is a locally-owned "one-stop-shop" providing expert physiotherapy and massage services. We bridge the gap between clinical rehab and high-performance fitness by combining a state-of-the-art 24/7 gymnasium with an in-house clinic. Our mission, "Exercise is Medicine," drives us to deliver personalised treatments that help everyone—from local residents to elite winter athletes—recover and enhance their well-being.

The Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mansfield, with the seasonal flexibility to work at Mount Buller. You will manage a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal injuries, acute sporting trauma, and post-operative rehabilitation. You will work closely with clients to support injury prevention, recovery, and overall physical health in a supportive and professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence: Assess client conditions, diagnose, and create personalised, evidence-based treatment plans.
Hands-on & Exercise Therapy: Deliver high-quality manual therapy (musculoskeletal manipulation and soft tissue massage) combined with advanced exercise prescription.
Collaborative Care: Work alongside our fitness and admin teams to facilitate small-group rehab classes and offer comprehensive rehabilitation advice.
Caseload Management: Build and manage your own loyal client base while maintaining thorough documentation and AHPRA standards.

About You (Qualifications)

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
Proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and creating tailored treatment plans.
Strong knowledge of exercise prescription and rehabilitation for various conditions.
Excellent communication skills with a "down-to-earth" approach to client relationships.
Relevant practitioner professional indemnity insurance.
A genuine passion for sports physiotherapy, particularly skiing, snowboarding, or outdoor activities.
Current First Aid and CPR certificate is desirable.
