Do you love helping people with their fitness but hate marketing, the stress of paying rent in a gym, competing with co-workers for clients and giving away all your time for free in the hopes of finding leads?

BodySmith Fitness is a family-centred fitness centre in Christies Beach. We are seeking a long term casual new member of our work family to provide personal training to our members and clients, as well as running some classes on a weekly basis. Hours are flexible and can be defined by you.

Community culture is our number 1 priority, and favourable candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of the human body, how it works and how to build fitness in an enjoyable, motivating way. We work with a number of people on the NDIS with challenging behaviours so you may need to be able to think on your feet and be flexible in your approach, and genuinely love helping people.

Being a flawless English speaker and consistently providing a warm and confident greeting to members and visitors, building positive connections, consistency of availability, reliability in showing up on time all the time, good communication with teammates who you may not often see, strong attention to detail with minor admin tasks and strong time management are all important skills.

Willingness to learn, a passion for health, neat presentation and prioritising people connections are very important for this role.
