We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Personal Trainer / Receptionist to join our growing team. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds — the opportunity to build your own personal training business while also working front-of-house shifts to connect with members, grow relationships, and support the daily operations of the club.

What You’ll Do:

As a Personal Trainer:

Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group training sessions
Build and manage your own client base with in-club marketing support
Create strong member connections to drive growth and retention
Be part of a dynamic, supportive, and high-performing PT team

As a Receptionist / Front-of-House Team Member:

Welcome and assist members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
Manage member inquiries and general reception duties
Support gym operations and ensure a welcoming club atmosphere
Assist with lead generation and member engagement initiatives

What You’ll Need:

Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or currently completing)
CPR & First Aid, Public Liability Insurance, and ABN
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A professional, customer-focused approach
A genuine passion for fitness and helping others achieve results
