We are looking for an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our growing clinical team at Moonee Valley Health and Fitness (MV Fit).

About MV Fit

MV Fit is a clinical exercise physiology gym and clinical pilates studio based in North-West if Melbourne. We deliver 1:1 and small group exercise services to a diverse client base across the lifespan.

What you'll be doing:

Delivering 1 on 1 and small group Exercise Physiology sessions for private patients, NDIS participants, Medicare CDM patients and DVA Veterans.
Conducting in clinic and in home assessments and interventions for clients with neurological, musculoskeletal, and chronic health conditions.
Running small group classes including pre/postnatal circuits and functional fitness sessions (optional Clinical Pilates pathway available)
Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team and external providers to coordinate care and optimise client outcomes
Contributing to student placements and clinic development as the practice grows

Your caseload will include:

Building your own case load of clients
Covering one of our established EP's who is going on extended travel leave
Private clients seeking injury recovery, weight management, or performance goals
NDIS capacity-building supports (neurological, chronic pain, mental health)
Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) patients referred under GPCCMP
Potential DVA, TAC, and WorkCover referrals depending on experience and interest

Private Gym and Pilates Studio in Ascot Vale - 378 Mt Alexander Rd, Travancore VIC 3032
Combination of in-clinic and in-home services across Melbourne's north-west
Flexible scheduling within Mon - Fri operating hours and flexible start and finish times

What We’re Looking For

You will:

Completed Master's degree in Exercise Physiology (or near completion)
Have strong clinical reasoning skills
Communicate clearly and build rapport with a broad range of clients
Value collaboration and shared responsibility within a team
Be open to feedback and ongoing professional development
