Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Cronulla, NSW. The Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and provide tailored treatment plans for clients experiencing musculoskeletal and mobility issues. Daily responsibilities include delivering one-on-one physiotherapy sessions, leading Pilates rehabilitation classes, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation strategies, and anatomy
Strong skills in client assessment, treatment planning, and delivering one-on-one therapy
Experience or training in Pilates and its application in rehabilitation and strength based classes, onero and functional strength, 1:1 and groups
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere
Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Commitment to professional development and staying updated on the latest physiotherapy practices
Previous experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy or private practice is an advantage
