Balance360 is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Personal Trainer / Pilates Instructor to join our team at our Broadbeach studio.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about health, fitness, and helping clients get the most out of their training in a supportive, high-energy environment.

About the Role
As an instructor at Balance360, you will provide assistance during each class with our virtual lead pre-programmed classes. Your focus will be on supporting members throughout workouts, ensuring correct technique, and maintaining a motivating and engaging atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the delivery of group fitness and Pilates classes, including virtual classes
Follow established class programs (no programming required)
Provide hands-on guidance with form and technique
Motivate and encourage clients throughout sessions
Help create a positive, welcoming studio environment
Be a part of studio activities, including our 8 Week Challenges

About You

Minimum 2 year experience in fitness, Pilates, or group training
Confident working in a group class environment
Comfortable assisting in virtual-led class formats
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about health, fitness, and client results
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
