We’re seeking a highly driven, educated, and passionate Elite Coach to join our world-class team.

At The Lift Lab, we combine education, accountability, and evidence-based training to deliver measurable, long-term results. You’ll work alongside Pro Coach Shayne Smith and Head Coach Dina Smith, providing tailored training, nutrition guidance, and mentorship to a diverse range of clients, from corporate professionals to high-performance athletes.

Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one and small-group personal training sessions
Create and manage client programs via The Lift Lab App
Educate clients in biomechanics, nutrition, and recovery
Support clients in achieving measurable results
Collaborate with a high-performing coaching team
Maintain high professional and presentation standards

About You:

Cert III & IV in Fitness (minimum)
Current First Aid & CPR
Strong knowledge of biomechanics, strength systems, and client communication
Passion for continuous learning and personal development
Alignment with The Lift Lab’s standards of excellence and integrity
