About the role

The Reformer Room is seeking 3-4 experienced Pilates Instructor's to join our team on a contract basis. Based in our brand new studio in Warrandyte, VIC, this role will involve delivering high-quality Reformer Pilates classes to our growing client base. As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a vital part in helping our clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals through the practice of Pilates. Note: This is a contract position, you will need your own ABN to be paid via invoice.

What you'll be doing

Instructing Pilates classes on the Reformer
Available to take a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 20 classes per week
Providing personalised attention and guidance to clients of all levels
Developing and delivering innovative Pilates programs to challenge and engage clients
Ensuring a safe and enjoyable exercise environment for all clients
Maintaining detailed client records and providing progress updates
Supporting the broader operations of the studio as needed

What we're looking for

A recognised qualification in Pilates instruction
Minimum 1 years experience as a Pilates Instructor, preferably in a studio environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, techniques, and safety protocols
Ability to demonstrate and explain Pilates exercises with precision
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends
Flexible schedule to accommodate morning, evening, and weekend classes
Up to date First Aid / CPR ceritificates
Warm and welcoming personality
Australian citizenship is required for this position
