Vision PT Engadine is seeking a driven Personal Trainer who wants more than sessions on the gym floor.

We are a structured 1:1 transformation studio specialising in long-term results for 40+ professionals. Our model is built on retention, accountability, performance and leadership development.

We’re Looking For

• Cert IV in Fitness (minimum)

• Strong work ethic and professional standards

• Coachable but confident

• Comfortable building relationships and driving results

• Interested in leadership and long-term growth

• Ideally based in or near the Sutherland Shire, with a genuine interest in building within the local community.

This is not a rent-based, solo PT model.
