Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one and small group personal training sessions tailored to client goals.
- Conduct initial consultations, fitness assessments, and needs analyses.
- Develop safe, effective, and progressive exercise programs.
- Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and accountability for members.
- Actively generate and convert new leads to grow your client base.
- Promote and represent Goodlife Brookfield Place in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
