About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Brisbane team. In this role, you will provide functional behavioural assessments, develop positive behaviour support plans, and deliver person-centred interventions that enhance quality of life for NDIS participants. You’ll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and build strong relationships with participants, families, and support networks.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behaviour assessments.
Develop high-quality, person-centred behaviour support plans.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Support the reduction of restrictive practices in line with NDIS guidelines.
Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and meet compliance requirements.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
About You
Experience in behaviour support (Proficient, Core, or above).
Relevant degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Allied Health, or similar.
Strong understanding of positive behaviour support frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
