What You’ll Do
- Develop strengths-based, trauma-informed behaviour support plans
- Conduct functional assessments and apply evidence-based strategies
- Support clients in homes, schools, and community settings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, OTs, Speech Pathologists, and Social Workers
- Work locally in The Hills, Blacktown and surrounding areas — no long commutes
- Enjoy a sustainable workload with just 5 billable hours per day
What You’ll Bring
- NDIS-endorsed Behaviour Support Practitioner status (Core or above)
- WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and a reliable vehicle
- Confidence working independently in the community
- A passion for person-centered, trauma-informed practice
