KĀYA, Melbourne’s first all-in-one mind & body destination, are seeking an experienced and driven Membership Sales Advisor to join its team on a full-time basis, playing a vital role in supporting individuals and organisations on their wellness journey, based out of Chapel St Prahran.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Drive growth and expansion of the group by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and mutually beneficial strategic partnerships
- Develop innovative strategies to maximise market penetration and revenue generation
- Build genuine relationships with guests, members and key corporate stakeholders to drive both business growth and member engagement
- Listen to individuals’ stories to understand their unique needs and offer the most suitable membership options and/or corporate packages
- Take a relationship-focused approach, centred around authentic support for members and corporate organisations
- Guide people towards a membership option that supports their physical and mental wellbeing
- Take ownership of your connections, your day and ultimately your success
Experience & attributes:
- Proven track record of success in prior Sales positions (preferably 2+ years)
- Background in Business Development, B2B, B2C and community outreach
- Strong initiative and a proactive approach to nurturing and maintaining your client base, including corporate partnerships and joint ventures
- Excellent planning, organisational, time management, follow-up, execution skills
- Previous health club or service-based industry experience is advantageous, though non-essential
- Driven to grow personally and professionally
- Comfortability in a bustling environment
- Keen customer service skills with a person-centred mindset and a passion for wellness

- $60,000 pa + commission - OTE $80,000 -$105,000 pa
