Stepz Fitness Bateau Bay is seeking an experienced gym Manager / Fitness Club Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership growth, and manage a high-energy fitness team.
This is a rare opportunity to manage a franchisor-owned club, working directly with senior leadership and gaining hands-on exposure to the commercial side of a growing fitness brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy 24/7 fitness club
• Sales & Growth
• Lead from the front with tours, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
• Drive membership growth and retention.
• Lead, coach, and manage Personal Trainers and staff
• Maintain high standards across member experience, cleanliness, and compliance
• Deliver and lead functional group training sessions where required
• Ensure the club is always tour-ready and KPI-focused
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a Gym Manager, Assistant Manager, or Fitness Sales Manager
• Strong background in sales, lead conversion, and customer service
• Confident team leader with high personal energy on the gym floor
• Certificate III & IV in Fitness
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends
What’s On Offer
• $75,000–$80,000 base salary + super + bonus
