Social Content Creator – Pilates / Yoga / WellnessPart-Time / Casual | Perth (In-Studio Role)
Flow Space is an established boutique movement brand with studios in North Perth and Myaree, offering Reformer Pilates, Hot Mat Pilates and Yoga. Our studios are known for strong community, high energy, and a vibe people genuinely want to be part of.
We’re looking for a Social Content Creator who loves all things MOVEMENT, understands short-form video, and can capture real moments inside our studios.
This is an in-studio, hands-on content role — not a desk job, not remote, and not strategy-heavy.
About the RoleYour role is to capture the feel of Flow Space.
You’ll be filming classes, instructors, members, behind-the-scenes moments and everyday studio life — then turning that footage into engaging Reels and Stories that feel current, human, and on brand.
This role suits someone who’s comfortable moving fast, being around people, and spotting great moments without needing constant direction.
⚡ Key Responsibilities
Capture short-form video content in-studio (Reels, Stories)
Film classes, instructors, members, BTS, vibe shots and storytelling
Edit short-form content quickly and efficiently
Post / schedule content to Socials
Understand the current trends of the top platforms and create content accordingly
Be present during peak studio times (mornings, evenings, occasional weekends)
This Role Is NOT
This is a capture-first, execution-focused role.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Love fitness, movement, and wellness environments
Are confident filming on an iPhone
Understand what performs on Instagram Reels right now
Can edit quickly (speed > perfection)
Are comfortable interacting with instructors and members
Can take direction but also work independently in the studio
Feel comfortable being on camera :-)

Part-time or casual
Approximately 8 - 10 hours per week
Spread across 2–3 studio days
In-studio across North Perth & Myaree locations
