Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Manager role based in Echuca, VIC. The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the swim school and maintaining its high standards of safety, instruction, and customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring adherence to program guidelines. The Manager will also play an active role in community engagement, staff training, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with experience in staff supervision and training
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, including schedule management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, swimmers, and parents
- Experience in the aquatics or education industry, with knowledge of swim instruction or sports coaching
- Understanding of water safety practices and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in customer service and community engagement
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams and learners
- Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR, or swim instruction) are a plus
