Role Description
This is a part-time/ casual on-site role for a Certified Pilates Instructor based in Warragul/ Traralgon/ Gippsland. The instructor will lead group Pilates classes, provide individualised instruction to clients and design customised class plans that align with the group's abilities and goals. Additional responsibilities include offering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming and motivational environment. We care very deeply about the ability to connect with our client base as they are the most lovely people in the world.
Qualifications
- Experience with Pilates Instruction, including creating and leading individual and group sessions
- Skills in Group Exercise and Physical Therapy techniques
- Strong Customer Service and Teaching skills to provide a positive client interaction experience
- Relevant certification in Pilates instruction
- Passion for the industry and the ability to continually strive for more learning and growth
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and maintain a client-focused approach
