A highly respected private physiotherapy practice in Canberra is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to step into a senior Clinical Lead role. This position is ideal for a clinician who wants greater influence and responsibility while remaining hands-on in clinical work.
This is a clinical leadership role, not a management position. You will play a key role in complex case management, clinical decision-making, and supporting the development of other clinicians.
The role:
- Managing complex musculoskeletal and persistent pain presentations
- Contributing to clinical standards and best practice
- Mentoring and supporting physiotherapists across experience levels
- Working within an established, values-driven team environment
About you:
- Experienced musculoskeletal, sports, or pain physiotherapist
- Post-graduate qualifications or equivalent clinical depth
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Confident leading by example and supporting others
- Interest in Clinical Pilates (experience preferred)
The practice:
- Salary of $120,000 - $130,000 + super
