About Ardour Milton Park Bowral
Reimagined and newly opened, Ardour Milton Park Bowral is a luxury 44‑room heritage estate set on 32 acres of manicured gardens in the Southern Highlands. The role and key duties
Host Reformer Pilates classes for in‑house guests and members in a beautifully appointed studio environment
Curate a personalised, welcoming, and memorable experience from the moment each guest arrives
Offer guidance suitable for all skill levels, ensuring safety, alignment, and confidence
Foster a warm, inclusive, and professional atmosphere in every session
Maintain studio cleanliness, presentation, and equipment care to a luxury standard
Support the broader wellness team in creating seamless, guest‑focused experiences
Promote additional wellness offerings where appropriate to enhance guest wellbeing
Essential Criteria required to be considered
Certification in Pilates Instruction with Reformer accreditation (essential)
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience teaching Reformer Pilates
Strong understanding of anatomy, posture, safe movement, and guest guidance
A genuine passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
Reliable transport to access the retreat
Based locally or willing to relocate to the Bowral region
