We’re looking for aligned, self-led instructors to join the STRONG Pilates team at STRONG South Perth, with the opportunity to also teach at our sister studio in Scarborough.

Your Role as a STRONG Instructor
Deliver high-quality, pre-programmed STRONG classes with confidence and energy
Create a welcoming, motivating in-studio experience for every client
Uphold STRONG brand standards across coaching, professionalism, and vibe
Be reliable, prepared, and self-led in your teaching blocks
Contribute positively to a strong team culture
Essential Experience & Qualifications
Certificate III and/or IV in Fitness, Pilates, Dance, or Group Fitness (higher qualifications highly regarded)
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Minimum 6+ months experience leading group fitness, dance, or Pilates classes
Australian work rights
Training – STRONG AcademyAll instructors complete our STRONG Academy, consisting of 7 immersive workshops designed to align coaching quality, confidence, and standards across both studios.
Workshop dates:
6th, 7th, 8th & 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th February
