Senior Reformer Pilates Instructor$67-$75 per hour + superannuation | Casual instructor role with consistent class blocks
Manna Wellness is seeking an exceptional Senior Pilates Instructor to join our team. This is a casual position offering excellent, consistent class blocks (typically 4-6 classes per block), making it ideal for an instructor looking for meaningful and reliable work.
We are looking for someone highly skilled, reliable and passionate - an instructor who shows up with care and professionalism and is available to work at either or both of our Guildford or Darlington studios.
About Us
Manna Wellness is a multidisciplinary health centre dedicated to integrating mind and body for a uniquely holistic approach to wellbeing. Our warm, welcoming clinics are nestled in the historic Padbury building in Guildford and in the leafy, serene suburb of Darlington.
We run 75+ Pilates classes across both locations, alongside our range of integrated allied health services, including Clinical Psychology, Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, Play Therapy and Remedial Massage.
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Pilates Instructor to lead regular Reformer Pilates classes with established schedules and opportunities for ongoing work and covers where available. This role is ideal for someone who values quality, community and meaningful client relationships.
Requirements/Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
Reformer Pilates certification and/or extensive demonstrated experience instructing reformer group classes.
Strong technical foundations with a client-focused, creative teaching style.
Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
A warm, approachable and compassionate nature.
A team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
Reliability, flexibility and professionalism.
Willingness to step in for covers when needed.
A high standard of professional practice.
