We are looking for passionate Reformer Pilates Instructors who would love the opportunity to change people's lives within a premium health club environment?

We are seeking vibrant Instructors to build our comprehensive offering seven days a week!

Responsibilities

Conduct and instruct motivational group Reformer Pilates classes
Adhering to processes and teaching standards set by the Manager
Ensuring the class delivery is at a consistent 10/10 standard
Promote an energetic & welcoming environment for members
Build strong rapport with members and provide excellent customer service
Help with maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of the studio
Where required assisting in capturing class content / testimonials for use on Social Media

Skills and Responsibilities

Must have a Reformer Certification
Must have valid First Aid & CPR Certification
A passion for teaching and educating beginners through to advance members
A proactive attitude with the ability to break down exercises and offer progressions & regressions
To exceed the expectations of members in our Group Fitness Program
To be available to assist in regular timetable participation in allocated and fill in classes
To be able to instruct safely while providing members with a challenging and fun environment
