Personal Trainer Opportunity | Build & Operate Your Own PT Business
We are expanding the Personal Training team at Snap Fitness Kogarah and are seeking two experienced Personal Trainer's with strong lead conversion, client retention, and proven client results.
This is a long-term business opportunity and is not suited to seasonal or short-term Personal Trainers.
Current established rate: $100–$120 per session
Requirements:
• Certificate III & IV in Fitness
• Experience essential
• Proven track record of client acquisition, retention, and measurable client results
• Strong consultation, communication, and follow-up skills
• Business-minded, professional approach
What you’ll be part of:
Join an established training team of experienced, high-performing Personal Trainers who are fully booked, customer-focused, and consistently deliver results.
Applicants will be required to demonstrate past performance.
Opportunity:
Operate your own Personal Training business within an established gym environment, supported by brand presence, member traffic, and a structured team culture.
