About The Role
We are currently seeking a
Clinic Administration Officer / Medical Screener to join our
Wollongong clinic on a full-time basis (38 hours per week).
Reporting to the Practice Manager, this is a varied role that combines
administration, customer service and clinical screening tasks. You will play a key role in supporting clinic operations and delivering a high level of service to our clients and patients.
Key Responsibilities
Your Duties Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Reception and general administrative support
- Processing medical bookings and appointment coordination
- Results management and record administration
- Administering health questionnaires
- Conducting preliminary medical assessments
- Specimen collection, including supervision of drug and alcohol testing
- Audiometry and spirometry testing
- Invoicing and billing support
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be highly organised with strong administration skills
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Be motivated to provide high-quality service to staff and clients
- Be willing to travel to Parramatta for training
Previous
medical, clinical or reception experience will be highly regarded, however
full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
