What You’ll Do
- Manage key accounts strategically, using insights to prioritise daily activity and maximise territory performance
- Build strong, influential relationships with Specialists, GPs, Nurses, Pharmacists, and other stakeholders
- Deliver focused, patient‑centred engagements and support education initiatives
- Execute a clear, insight‑driven territory plan and adapt quickly to market dynamics
- Collaborate and co‑create with cross‑functional partners to strengthen execution and drive growth
- Demonstrate leadership within the NSW team by sharing learnings and contributing solutions that support collective success
What You Bring
- Proven pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience with strong account management capability
- Ability to interpret drivers, insights, and data to guide decisions and actions
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence working autonomously
- A collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Genuine passion for advancing women’s health and creating meaningful impact
