We’re looking for a Club‑V Team Leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑centric environment. Someone who can lead with heart, think on their feet and create a space where children feel inspired and parents feel at ease.
Reporting to the Club‑V Manager:
- You’ll deliver heartfelt service and exceptional operational leadership, ensuring Club‑V runs smoothly, safely and in line with our brand standards.
- You’ll support the daily Club‑V experience — creating an environment where kids love spending time and families trust our supervision completely.
- You’ll oversee ratios and day‑to‑day bookings in Gladstone, ensuring staffing levels match bookable spots and operations stay seamless.
- You’ll help develop and deliver structured and unstructured activity concepts across all ages, bringing creativity and fun to every session.
- You’ll ensure every interaction is warm, every query is answered and every piece of feedback is handled with care.
- You’ll provide accurate information about Club‑V programs and facilities, helping families feel informed and supported.
- You’ll maintain a safe, clean and high‑standard environment across all Club‑V areas (and anywhere children can access).
- You’ll support recruitment, coaching, development and motivation of the Club‑V team — helping them grow, shine and hit targets.
- You’ll follow correct processes in the event of an accident or incident, ensuring safety and compliance at every step.
- You’ll advocate for safety and create an environment where children, families and team members feel secure and supported.
To thrive in this role:
- You have your Cert III in Children’s Services, 2+ years’ leadership experience in an early childhood setting, current First Aid, flexibility to work a non‑traditional schedule and a valid Working With Children Check.
- You have aligned experience. You love creating meaningful moments for children and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. You know how to tailor activities for different ages and personalities.
- You’re people‑focused. You’re warm, genuine and curious — you love understanding children’s needs and creating personalised solutions that make families feel cared for.
