About The Role
Lead the successful delivery of Learn to Swim and Aquatics programs across Inner West Council facilities, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with industry standards. You will oversee all swimming programs, supporting a professional, efficient, and customer‑focused operation. In collaboration with the Inner West Aquatics Team, you will contribute to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of aquatics programs that create safe, welcoming, and positive experiences for all centre users.

Remuneration
$91,316.16 - $102,197.16 + 12% Superannuation
Some Of The Required Skills, Experience And Qualifications
- AUSTSWIM, Royal Life Saving or Swim Australia - Teacher Swimming and Water Safety Licence or equivalent.
- Current Resuscitation Certificate.
- Planning and organising skills, ideally swim programming.
- Experience in instructing all levels/age groups of Learn to Swim (LTS).
- Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
