experienced, enthusiastic, and high-energy Swim Instructors who genuinely love working with kids and want to be part of something special from the ground up.

Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
Applicants
must meet ALL of the following to be considered:
- Minimum 3+ years of swim instruction experience (mandatory)
- Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification (required)
- Standard First Aid with CPR Level C
- Strong knowledge of pool safety regulations and procedures
- Must enjoy working with children and feel confident teaching various age groups
- High energy, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Ability to obtain a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check
Availability Requirements
Candidates Must Have Maximum Availability During Our Operating Hours
- Tuesday–Friday: 3:15 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
What You’ll Do
Instruction & Engagement
- Deliver high-quality swim instruction with confidence, warmth, and enthusiasm
- Create and adapt lesson plans to suit individual swimmer needs
- Build skills, confidence, and water safety awareness in every swimmer
Safety & Supervision
- Maintain a safe, structured, and fun pool environment
- Enforce pool rules and ensure full compliance with safety standards
- Educate swimmers and families on water safety practices
Facility & Professional Responsibilities
- Set up the pool deck before shifts and clean up after
- Attend all scheduled staff training sessions
- Accurately record hours worked
- Keep all certifications current
Relationships & Community
- Build strong, positive relationships with swimmers and parents
- Communicate progress clearly and celebrate milestones
- Actively contribute to a welcoming, supportive swim school community
