Aquatic Supervisor
- Salary: $97,802 - $105,447 per annum
- Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)

Craigie Leisure Centre is looking for an experienced Aquatic Supervisor to lead and enhance the aquatic team.
The role will oversee the aquatic facility to ensure the day-to-day venue operations are safe and meet the high expectations of the community. The role will focus on developing and mentoring aquatic staff as well as working with our swim school, group fitness, facility bookings and customer service teams to deliver and schedule aquatic services.
The position will require flexibility for working across all operational hours and will have a variety of opportunities for office-based work as well as hands on pool deck responsibilities.

- Proven capability in guiding team performance and designing training initiatives to support staff growth.
- Proven experience working in a customer‑focused environment, engaging with members and the wider community.
- Experience in pool operations, including practical knowledge of water chemistry testing, plant systems, and routine maintenance.
