Australian BioTechnologies is seeking a
Clinical Booking Manager to lead the performance, accuracy and workflow of our Clinical Booking team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily booking operations, managing urgent and complex cases, driving service standards, supporting team capability, and working closely with Warehouse, Customer Care, Sales and Customer Operations to ensure seamless order fulfilment and a high-quality customer experience.
You'll be responsible for
- Leading, coaching and developing the Clinical Booking team
- Monitoring daily workload, service levels and team performance
- Managing urgent bookings, complex cases and escalations
- Tracking KPIs including volume, accuracy and turnaround times
- Maintaining SOPs, work instructions and booking documentation
- Partnering with Warehouse, Sales and Operations to resolve issues
To be successful you'll need
- Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in healthcare, medical devices or supply chain preferred
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- A calm, organised and customer-focused approach to competing priorities
