Beaconsfield Fitness Centre is seeking a motivated, passionate, enthusiastic person to take on a role as a Reformer Pilates Instructor at our fantastic club. We have a high performing team already, so you are joining a group of colleagues all working alongside each other to drive the club to its highest potential.

This is NOT a sub-contractor role!

About you

The position requires someone with:

Formal course qualifications in Reformer Pilates
A passion for people, health and fitness
Exceptional people skills and a personality that enjoys helping people
Proven to be genuinely capable of working to a high level under limited supervision (self-motivated, driven and passionate)
You need to be a high performer and want to make a difference to peoples’ lives
Ability to work with a diverse range of people, backgrounds and fitness goals
Experience in programming and running pilates group fitness classes
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Current First Aid & CPR
Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering high-level pilates sessions in a group and individual environment
Educating members on current health & fitness issues/trends
Running various pilates group classes
Connecting, inspiring and building relationships with the members of the club

You are available Friday mornings (6am to 10.30am) and Saturdays (8am to 11am)
You have impeccable presentation and communication
You live within a reasonable distance to the club
You are an Australia Citizen or permanent resident
And most of all a good sense of humour, have a passion for fitness and helping people
