Role Description
This is a part-time role for an Aged Care Dietitian located around the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The Dietitian will be responsible for providing specialised dietetic services to elderly residents in aged care facilities, along with developing individualised dietary plans, conducting assessments, providing nutrition education, and working collaboratively alongside aged care catering teams to support Food and Nutrition excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience as a dietitian working in aged care homes and/or disability services
- Experience in food service and catering would be highly regarded
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of aged care regulations and guidelines
- Accredited Practising Dietitian status with Dietitians Australia
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics
