The Role
The Town is searching for Part Time (15hr) Group Fitness Instructor to join the Town of Port Hedland Leisure Team.
This dynamic role is responsible for providing quality group fitness programming to the community.
As Group Fitness Instructor, you will have the opportunity to support in planning and evaluation of the group fitness program, ensuring all classes are relevant, safe and beneficial to user groups. Under the supervision and guidance of a qualified Group Fitness Instructor, you will develop your skills within the fitness industry whilst also contributing to meetings, timetable changes and the improvement of the programming offered by the Centre. This position provides flexible working hours and the chance to benefit from professional development opportunities.

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
- Physical Fitness of an acceptable level to perform duties of a fitness leader
- Relevant group fitness certification with demonstrated experience in similar field
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Card (or willing to obtain)
- Rights to work in Australia
