The RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Club Operations Lead to oversee the daily running of the venue.
You’ll be a visible presence on the floor — leading operations, supporting staff, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for every member and guest.
What You’ll Do• Lead daily venue operations and front of house performance
• Maintain high standards across courts, facilities, and equipment
• Manage bookings, memberships, and systems (PlayByPoint / Playtomic)
• Coordinate staff, rosters, and onboarding
• Support events, activations, and retail operations
About You• Experience in operations, venue, or hospitality management
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Organised, proactive, and confident leading a team
• Available across evenings, weekends, and peak periods
