About the Role:
If you are looking for a standard corporate desk job, this isn't it. This is a hands-on, mobile role where you’ll be out on sites partnering directly with our managers. You’ll be the go-to person for everything P&C across your region—whether that’s coaching a leader through a complex performance issue, handling day-to-day employee relations, or helping onboard a whole new team during a facility acquisition.
What we’re looking for:
- A background as an HR Generalist or BP in a fast-paced environment where you've managed multiple sites.
- Great communication skills—you can talk award compliance with a lawyer and culture with a casual swim instructor.
- A strong understanding of employee relations and industrial agreements.
- A proactive attitude and a love for being out in the field (you’ll need your own car, but we provide a vehicle allowance).
- An HR degree along with a Working with Children Check, First Aid, and CPR (or a willingness to get them sorted before you start).
We offer a high-growth environment where you report directly to a supportive National P&C Manager. If you value empathy, integrity, and getting stuck into a role, we'd love to chat.
