The Person

Holds a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Reliable car and driver’s licence
Real estate admin or marketing experience is highly regarded

The Role

Support the sales team with day-to-day administration
Coordinate marketing campaigns, listings, OFI/auction kits & collateral
Upload and manage listings, social content and marketing materials
Liaise with solicitors, vendors, buyers and third parties
Assist with open homes when required
