Little Mandarin Australia Pty Ltd is a Melbourne-based yoga studio offering a wide range of yoga classes suitable for students of all experience levels. Our studio focuses on creating a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes physical wellbeing, mindfulness and long-term healthy living through professional yoga instruction and guided practice.

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced full-time Yoga Instructor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct and lead yoga classes for students of different ages, fitness levels and experience, providing professional instruction and individual guidance during sessions
Develop structured yoga programs and class plans to improve flexibility, balance, strength and overall wellbeing of participants
Assess students’ abilities, monitor progress during practice sessions, and provide feedback to improve techniques, posture and overall performance
Motivate and encourage students to achieve their personal fitness and wellness goals while maintaining regular participation in classes
Supervise group practice sessions and ensure activities are carried out safely and in accordance with studio guidelines and health standards
Coordinate workshops, wellness events and group yoga activities to support student participation and ongoing skills development
Work closely with studio management and other instructors to organise class schedules and support daily studio operations
Assist in mentoring other teaching staff when required to maintain teaching quality and consistency
Promote yoga programs, wellness services and healthy lifestyle practices to support business growth and community engagement

Requirements

Relevant qualification or professional training in Yoga Instruction or a related discipline
Experience teaching yoga classes in a studio or wellness environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
