I’m a passionate and dedicated Pilates instructor who loves helping people build strength, confidence, and balance in their everyday lives. With a background in hospitality as a barista at Frankie’s, I’ve developed strong communication skills and a genuine love for creating positive, welcoming experiences and interactions. When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me at the beach recharging and enjoying the outdoors. I’m also excited to be starting my studies in nursing, combining my passion for health, wellbeing, and caring for others as I continue to grow both personally and professionally.
