About
Hello! I’m Gina, a dedicated and experienced Barre, Pilates, Strength and movement instructor with seven years of experience delivering high-quality, high-energy group fitness classes.
Since 2018, I have taught between 15-28 classes per-week ranging in styles including Barre, Pilates, Strength, Cardio and Stretch classes.
I am deeply passionate about engaging the body and building community through movement. Alongside these classes, I also direct, teach and perform Physical Theatre, which helps me to understand new pathways of movement in the body. I love this work, and love the opportunity to create inclusive and engaging classes tailored to a diverse range of clients.
