About
I teach all sorts of styles in the yoga space - hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative and traditional tantra. I also teach meditation, mindfulness and yoga nidra. I have a good amount of study under my belt and a keen interest in mental health and the intersection of my counselling credentials and yoga knowledge. I also integrate my astrology studies and sound bowls in my yoga, and nutrition studies in my counselling.
