About
Kim Yates is a yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound facilitator and the founder of KIYA Wellbeing. With over 5 years’ experience teaching in studios, private sessions and group settings, Kim is known for her calming, heart-led and nurturing approach.
After many years working in high-pressure environments and navigating her own burnout, Kim found her way back to balance through these practices. This lived experience now informs both her studio and corporate work, where she supports individuals and teams to slow down, regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with themselves.
Kim also co-facilitates Yin · Pin · Sound sessions, blending yin yoga, acupuncture and sound to create deeply restorative experiences that support rest, release and renewal. Whether in a studio, private or workplace setting, her sessions invite people to soften, reset and return to a more grounded, sustainable way of being.
