I am very passionate about health and wellbeing and love helping and supporting people on their journey. I am an extremely positive person and will always find the positive in any situation. I like to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable, included and not intimidated, especially with beginners and older clients. I enjoy creating balanced classes containing both slower and form orientated flows alongside upbeat and energetic movements.
