Hi, my name is Lucy. I’m a 24 year old Breathe certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with a genuine passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies.

I’m dedicated to creating supportive, engaging classes that focus on strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing. My approach combines strong foundational technique with a positive, encouraging environment so clients of all levels feel comfortable and empowered.

I’m currently working mornings at The Studio Ballan and am looking for an opportunity to teach in the evenings, where I can continue doing what I love, helping people get their bodies moving and feel their best!
