Hi there!
Lola here. I’m a vinyasa lineage yoga and meditation teacher from Ecuador. I have been practicing yoga since I was 15 and been teaching for over 3 years now. I love to create my classes intelligently using krama yoga and intuitively to allow the mind merge into the body to bring an integrated experience filled with softness and awareness for my students.
My goal for the class is always to help my students to reconnect with their inner wisdom and ignite their curiosity of learning a different and creative way to breath, move and connect.
