I am a passionate Pilates instructor and qualified myotherapist who believes movement should be both intelligent and inspiring. I love teaching creatively, designing classes that are challenging, technical, and fun while remaining accessible and purposeful.
My approach is grounded in a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics. I am committed to educating my clients about their bodies — helping them understand how to activate the right muscles correctly to achieve optimal outcomes. Whether the goal is improved strength, rehabilitation, performance enhancement, or overall wellbeing, I focus on precision, control, and mindful movement.
As a myotherapist, I bring an added layer of clinical insight to my teaching. I understand how the body compensates, where dysfunction can arise, and how to guide clients safely toward better alignment and stronger movement patterns. My classes are designed not only to challenge, but to empower — giving clients the knowledge and body awareness they can carry into everyday life.
