What You'll Be Doing

Balancing people leadership with practical know-how: scheduling, rostering, shift flow and safe systems of work
Jumping in to teach lessons when needed — you'll lead from the water, not just the sidelines
Coaching Crew in real time through Flipology, feedback and ongoing development
Engaging with families and Little Fish — building relationships that spark retention and trust
Supporting enrollments and community outreach to help the business thrive
Stepping up when your Swim School Manager is off-site, confidently owning operations
Spotting opportunities to improve processes, grow the program and make smart business decisions daily

What You'll Need

Experience leading or supporting teams in service, education or retail
Take initiative, bring optimism and act with intent
Current Blue Card and CPR certification
Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification (we can help you get this if you don't have it)
