What You'll Be Doing
- Balancing people leadership with practical know-how: scheduling, rostering, shift flow and safe systems of work
- Jumping in to teach lessons when needed — you'll lead from the water, not just the sidelines
- Coaching Crew in real time through Flipology, feedback and ongoing development
- Engaging with families and Little Fish — building relationships that spark retention and trust
- Supporting enrollments and community outreach to help the business thrive
- Stepping up when your Swim School Manager is off-site, confidently owning operations
- Spotting opportunities to improve processes, grow the program and make smart business decisions daily
What You'll Need
- Experience leading or supporting teams in service, education or retail
- Take initiative, bring optimism and act with intent
- Current Blue Card and CPR certification
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification (we can help you get this if you don't have it)
