We are now looking for the right person to step in and help take it to the next level. This is an amazing opportunity to work alongside a senior coach and owner to hone your skills and level up into a Gym Manager role.

About the Role
Once trained up, you’ll lead from the front — owning the gym floor, driving culture, working alongside experienced coaches, and playing a key role in the overall performance and growth of the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who wants more than just running sessions — someone who wants to build, grow and eventually have skin in the game.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead high-energy group training sessions
Drive membership sales, local business engagement and community growth
Oversee day-to-day operations, sales and member experience
Build a strong, inclusive and high-performing gym culture
Support marketing initiatives, events and retention strategies

Who You Are

Cert III & IV in Fitness (required)
Experience as a coach, trainer or gym manager
Natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong communicator who can build relationships with members and staff
Commercially minded — you understand that gyms are businesses
Driven, accountable and ready to take ownership

What You’ll Get

$70K – $90K + super + allowances + mobile and laptop
