We are now looking for the right person to step in and help take it to the next level. This is an amazing opportunity to work alongside a senior coach and owner to hone your skills and level up into a Gym Manager role.
About the Role
Once trained up, you’ll lead from the front — owning the gym floor, driving culture, working alongside experienced coaches, and playing a key role in the overall performance and growth of the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who wants more than just running sessions — someone who wants to build, grow and eventually have skin in the game.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead high-energy group training sessions
- Drive membership sales, local business engagement and community growth
- Oversee day-to-day operations, sales and member experience
- Build a strong, inclusive and high-performing gym culture
- Support marketing initiatives, events and retention strategies

Who You Are
- Cert III & IV in Fitness (required)
- Experience as a coach, trainer or gym manager
- Natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communicator who can build relationships with members and staff
- Commercially minded — you understand that gyms are businesses
- Driven, accountable and ready to take ownership
