Open roles and outcomes
Personal Trainer (Full-Time)
- Deliver 1:1 coaching that hits client goals
- Own client retention and referrals
- Run assessments, programs, and check-ins
- Support studio challenges and events
Sales Representative or Consultant (Full-Time)
- Generate, Qualify, and book leads into Trainers'schedule
- Onboard clients who sign up
- Convert inbound leads to paid clients
- Run needs analyses and studio tours
- Keep CRM clean and accurate
- Hit weekly demos, sales, and follow-up targets
Team Leader (Full-Time)
- Lead, coach, and set standards for a small team
- Drive weekly KPIs and cadence
- Hire, onboard, and performance-manage
- Lift culture, retention, and revenue
You’ll bring
- Coachability and a bias to action
- Clear communication and ownership
- For PT: Cert III/IV in Fitness or equivalent preferred
- For Sales: proven phone and face-to-face conversion
- For Team Leader: people leadership and KPI delivery
- Full work rights in Australia
- Full-Time only. No contractors. No part-time.
